A separate glacier adventure starting near Hvolsvöllur. This is a scenic winter and spring option with coastal panoramas and possible views of the Westman Islands.

The Brú base near Hvolsvöllur is different from the Mýrdalsjökull base near Vík. Plan your drive to the right location, even though Viator categorizes the product under Vík.
The operator’s standard season runs from November 1 to June 15. The uphill transfer and views depend on conditions; clear coastline photographs are not a promise of the weather on your day.
